JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the regional GM the Salesperson’s primary role is to manage business development by creating and closing new business opportunities in the UK. By taking a consultative selling approach throughout the sales cycle, he/she will leverage internal resources, digital marketing expertise and client insight to generate leads, book meetings and lead the sales process until closing.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • As an ATI Sales Manager/Director in either Mid Market or Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving new bookings/revenue within your territory
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify new opportunities
  • You will own an annual booking’s quota which will be achieved through providing timely and accurate commercial proposals while maintaining maximum profit margin;
  • The primary charter of this role will be to identify new business opportunities and partner with Customer Success to drive strategic upsells
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with prospects to identify business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers through the ATI value proposition/sales solution strategy.
  • Articulate the value proposition and competitive positioning for all solutions
  • Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts in partnership with BDR team
  • Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis using Salesforce CRM
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders within the organisation

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • The candidates should have exceptional verbal, written & presentation skills.
  • Must have at least 5+ years (Mid Market) 10+ years (Enterprise) in SaaS based digital analytics and marketing solution selling
  • Must have a recognised network in the Digital Analytics sector
  • Must have a deep and current brand and advertiser network in key verticals such as Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, Broadcast
  • Should have a natural flair for conversations & enjoy talking to customers about analytics and customer solutions.
  • Should have proven track record of successfully achieving & overachieving his/her quota
  • Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
  • Capable of analyzing large amounts of internal and external data and to make decisions with speed and accuracy.
  • MBA’s preferred
