Sales Operations Apprenticeship/Internship

POSITION:
Attached to the Sales team, you will play a key role on numerous subjects with a commercial and analytical approach. You will accompany the evolution of our sales processes to boost customer acquisition and retention as well as the team’s performance and skills development.
As a Sales Operations trainee, you will work closely with our Chief Customer Officer and Head of Customer Success.
In this context, your main tasks are:
Sales Targets: you will support the different phases of the customer journey, for example in the management and qualification of leads, in monitoring customer satisfaction through our NPS campaigns, or in market and customer knowledge;
Sales Academy: you pilot the onboarding programme for new members of the sales team (in France and in our subsidiaries abroad). You will be responsible for the centralisation of our documentation in support of the team and you will be responsible for the use and updating of these documents. You will also take part in drawing up and writing training documents, processes and playbooks.
Sales Technologies: you are the point of contact concerning the “business” tools and associated processes, while guaranteeing the quality of the data. You work on optimising and automating business processes, as well as prescribing new tools;
Sales Reporting: you participate in the preparation of reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SalesForce format) for the team and/or managers.
PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- You study in an engineering school, business school or master management course;
- You have a good knowledge of digital marketing, Saas and B2B;
- You have a first experience in project management, writing specifications and/or procedures;
- You are not afraid of complex problems and difficulties, you like to solve them;
- You like to support and accompany individuals in order to facilitate their daily work;
- Excel has no secrets for you, you know how to manipulate figures and analyse data;
- Knowledge of a data visualisation tool (Power BI, Table) is an asset;
- Knowledge of one or more CRMs, especially Salesforce, is an asset;
- Fluent in French and English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

- Ability to listen and excellent understanding of needs;

- Very good writing skills and document formatting;
- Versatility and adaptability, ability to manage several missions simultaneously, to organise and prioritise;
- Ability to play the role of mediator/facilitator but also to challenge your interlocutors;

- Spirit of initiative, curiosity, rigour and autonomy.
